Meet Kristen Ingram
Kristen brings over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry to help her clients succeed with their commercial and residential property investments. Her experience spans all aspects of the industry including accounting, real estate closings, serving as a Senior Loan Officer for a Fortune 100 bank, operations management for custom home building and working with multi-family property renovation companies. Throughout her career, Kristen has been passionate about the needs and goals of her clients and focuses on bringing peace of mind to those that she works with. Along with a degree in Accounting, knowledge and experience, Kristen specializes in understanding her clients’ businesses and finding ways to meet their investment goals.
Kristen’s current project is Ramah Executive Park in Huntersville. She is part of a local development team and has dedicated the last 3 years emersed in land acquisition, zoning/entitlements, land development, construction, sales/leasing, and working with local municipalities.
Kristen also sat on the Steering Committee for the Huntersville 2040 Community Plan and has worked closely with the Town Board, Planning Board, and Local Residents.
Kristen has a passion for real estate and investing. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and traveling. Kristen and her family reside in Huntersville, NC.
Kristen enjoys working with local town planning boards to assist investors in reaching zoning and entitlement goals towards land development and other investments.
She is a Licensed as A Commercial Real Estate Broker / Agent In North Carolina and brings over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry to help her clients succeed with their commercial property investments.
