James is originally from Cherry Hill New Jersey and attended Temple University in Philadelphia with a BA in Business Administration. He started working at age 15 in his father’s manufacturing business and continued there for over 10 years.
James relocated to South Florida and began working for a commercial law firm who specialized in Commercial Real Estate. He has over 10 years of experience as a Business Broker and Commercial Real Estate Broker and is licensed in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He is well known for his influence and negotiating skills in commercial transactions. He uses a holistic approach in real estate transactions creating new efficiencies and delivering long-term results.
