Meet Phil Harris
Phil has over 15 years experience managing, rehabbing, leasing, and selling real estate. Being a native of Charlotte, he has an extensive knowledge of the area as well as surrounding areas. Phil is a U.S. Navy veteran where he learned photography and later excelled in the profession after he transitioned to civilian life.
As owner and operator of a commercial studio specializing in advertising and marketing campaigns, he decided to acquire broker licenses in 2009 and apply his marketing experience to real estate. Phil lives in Midland, NC and works throughout the greater Charlotte region.
