With a background in business management, Russ understands that whether leasing or buying, the real estate deal must be an extension of the company’s vision and goals. As a builder-developer he knows what it takes to put together deals for new construction and is a great resource with his knowledge base and industry contacts.
A current area of interest is in developing the property management business to provide a full range of services to the commercial property investor. Russ loves spending time with his family and enjoys the many outdoor activities available in the Carolina’s, from the beach to the mountains.
