Meet Kelly
Kelly Flam secured her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2005 and is a college graduate with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science.
Kelly applies the same passion for Commercial Real Estate that she puts forth in her career as a Corporate Pilot. It is this goal-driven personality that allows Kelly the skill set to assist her clients in selecting the right project for their needs. She has resided in Charlotte since 1984 and has a broad knowledge of Charlotte and the surrounding areas.
With her son, now in college, she devotes her spare time to her favorite extracurricular activities: travel, volunteering with “Hands on Charlotte”, watching football and learning the game of golf.
Kelly has lived in Charlotte for more that 30 years. She knows a lot about the local market.
Her passion is finding just the right space, at just the right price for her clients.
